Tracey Emin made this screen print as part of her performance at her fig-1exhibition in June 2000. Emin sat at a table under a seaside parasol signing the pictures. The image on the screen print is an outtake from Emin's video-"Love is a Strange Thing" - a kind of love story involving an encounter between Emin and a dog. This irreverent work is emotionally direct and funny, whilst attesting to Emin's increasing interest in combining fiction with her signature style and documentary techniques.
